as the haze of releasing ilottebiiha is settling and things are going back to “normal,” i wanted to give y’all a glimpse into my day to day. so i made this little video.
this all started because i really wanted to ride my scooter (it’s fun) but i also had to pick up synths from the portland synth library. by the way, if you’re in the portland area, you can check out their website by clicking the pic just below!
so i took my scooter to pick up the synths, which ultimately i wouldn’t recommend. i had one on the front and the other on the back. it was sketchy.
but in the end, i had a lot of fun experimenting with one synth in particular, the arp odyssey. it looks like it might even make it onto the next album!
I haven’t thought about “Chameleon” since i was in high school jazz band! I loved this little brendan DITL. <3

I wish we had something like that Portland Synth Library in Columbus Ohio. I can see why y’all decided to move to Portland. Thanks Brendon, I love that fat envelope filter funk you had going on. Definitely sounded very 80’s Herbie Hancock. Your keyboard playing is just as amazing as your drumming.

This post has inspired me to get a scooter and hang lots of things from it in a dangerous manner.
